• The food items will have simple reheating instructions 

• Our bar will be open on Thanksgiving morning from 9-noon, ready with mimosas, Bloody Marys and specialty cocktails. NOTE: the restaurant and our kitchen will NOT be open.

12 lb Brined Turkey - citrus brined, cayenne pepper seasoned, basted with guajillo pepper sauce and stuffed with rice, corn, and black beans

Jumbo Biscuits - 6 biscuits with herb butter

Sausage Stuffing - red onion, celery, red bell pepper, poblano pepper, chorizo, cilantro, and a special seasoning blend

Street Corn - one of our favorite appetizers at Big Grove! Sweet corn is cooked with aioli and spices, topped with queso fresco and cilantro

Mashed Potatoes - with bacon, cheddar cheese, green onion, heavy cream, salt and pepper

 Brussels Sprouts  - sauteed brussel sprouts, fresno peppers, cranberries, bacon, a perfect bite

Gravy - adobo chipotle pepper, garlic, beef base, demiglaze, heavy cream, thyme and rosemary
